Abstract submission

We look forward to receiving abstracts for consideration for the scientific programme as an oral or a poster presentation.

There will be awards for the best oral and poster presentations.

Please submit your abstract by June 15th

All accepted abstracts will be published in the symposium booklet.

Decisions of abstract acceptance and selection for oral presentations has been made on August 15th and the information has been sent to participants. Please check your spam folder if you have not received information from the organizing committee.

Guidelines for preparation and submission

• Abstracts are to be submitted in English and should not exceed 250 words (in total).
• Tables and graphs should not be included.

The maximum size for a poster is 90 cm (width) and 120 cm (height).
